Stop making your first big decisions alone.
A personal board of seven people your age, meeting every two weeks, plus one hour a month with someone fifteen years ahead of you. For people aged 20 to 29. Membership ends on your thirtieth birthday.
Fill in the card to see when yours would expire. The full application is below and takes four minutes.
Three things. No feed, no content, no app.
- Your circle
- Seven people within two years of your age, chosen so the group has one person ahead of you on each thing you're deciding. Same seven people for six months, every two weeks, 60 minutes, cameras on. Example circle: 24–26, Cairo and Dubai. Two in first jobs, one freelancing, one doing a masters, one building something, two between things.
- Mentor hour
- One booked hour a month with a member of the mentor bench. Mentors are 35 to 45 and were in your seat recently enough to remember the details. Nothing is recorded. Notes are yours. Typical hour: an offer letter, a visa question, a founder who wants to quit, a first salary negotiation.
- The question box
- Post the question you can't ask your manager or your parents. It goes out without your name to the whole cohort and the mentor bench. Most questions get three answers inside a day. Real pilot question: "Is it normal to earn less than my friends and feel fine about it?"
Cohort One is the first. There are no testimonials yet.
We ran three pilot circles between May and September 2026 to test the format. Here is what we will measure and publish, with Cohort One's own numbers, in May 2027.
circle meetings each member attends over six months. We will publish the real attendance rate.
mentor hours per member. We will publish how many were used and what they were about, by category.
decision each member names on day one. We will publish how many were made by month six.
of members removed for selling to other members. If it is higher, the vetting failed and we'll say so.
I'm building Tweenty because I spent my twenties making every big decision with the wrong information. I took the job with the bigger title and the smaller salary because nobody told me titles were free. I stayed in a city for two years longer than I should have because leaving felt like failing. I had friends, but we were all guessing together.
What I needed was not advice. It was seven people my age who were honest about what they were deciding, and one person a decade ahead who would answer a direct question directly.
That's the whole product. Cohort One is free because I want to find out if it works before I charge for it. If you join, I'll ask you for two things: show up to your circle, and tell me the truth about what's useful.

What happens after you apply.
We read it. A person, not a filter.
Three of us read every application in full. The question you'd ask a mentor matters most. A specific question beats an impressive bio every time.

A 15-minute call
If it looks like a fit, one of us calls you. We want to hear how you talk about the thing you're deciding, and whether you'll show up for seven other people.
By 7 Nov 2026
We build the circles
We sort the 120 members into 15 circles by age, timezone, and what each person is working out. Every circle gets at least one person who is ahead on each topic.
8–13 Nov 2026
Your first circle meeting
You get your seven names, your host for the first session, and a date. The cohort runs until 16 May 2027.
Week of 16 Nov 2026
Apply if
- You are 20 to 29 on 16 Nov 2026, and still under 30 on 16 May 2027.
- You can name one decision you need to make in the next six months.
- You can give two hours a month to seven other people, on a fixed schedule.
- You'd rather hear "here's what I did" than "here's what you should do".
Don't apply if
- You want customers, investors or recruits. Selling to members gets you removed, no refund of your time.
- You want a course. There is no curriculum.
- You can't commit to the twelve meetings. The other seven will notice.
- You turn 30 before May 2027. You'd have to leave halfway. That's the rule.
Apply for Cohort One.
Four minutes. Every application is read by a person. Not everyone gets in; a circle only works when it's balanced.
Why does membership end at thirty?
Because the questions change. A circle of 23-year-olds and 38-year-olds becomes a lecture. The age band stays narrow so nobody is the expert in the room. The mentor bench is where the older voices live.
Is Cohort One really free?
Yes. We want to find out whether the format works before charging for it. From Cohort Two, membership will cost roughly one dinner a month. Cohort One members keep the founding price as long as they're under thirty.
I'm not in a big city. Does that matter?
No. Circles and mentor hours are online. We group circles by timezone so nobody meets at 2am. In-person meetups happen only where ten or more members live.
What do you do with my application?
Three people read it. We use it to choose members and build circles. Applications we don't accept are deleted after the cohort starts. We never sell or share them.
Can I apply with a friend?
You can both apply, but you won't be in the same circle. The circle works because the other seven have no history with you.
